A great option for writers is Slates, which lets you keep track of your documents: everything from resumes to poetry books to online newspapers. What I’d really like to see for college-age readers is a Facebook front end to Project Gutenberg, the online database where you can access thousands of great books for free. When I was in college I used to write my English papers at work, and Gutenberg was great because I could look up quotations at my desk without pulling out a big obvious book. It would be nice to use a Facebook application to make the college crowd aware that this resource is available.
